VP, Talent and Organizational Development
Shelley is the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development for Mariner Partners. She is responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies to support the business objectives of all Mariner Companies.
Before joining Mariner, she held a number of senior roles in sales management and operations, general management, market research, continuous improvement and human resources.
With a career spanning many industries and 18+ years of experience, Shelley brings a unique and operations-focused perspective to the practice of Human Resources. In addition to her role with Mariner, Shelley also provides strategic consulting services to a variety of clients throughout Atlantic Canada. She is an accomplished Change Management and continuous improvement leader. She enjoys working with companies to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
Shelley holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PROSCI Change Management Specialist.
In her spare time, Shelley is a triathlete and avid cyclist and has cycled across Canada twice to raise money for children’s cancer charities.
