Roger is the VP Sales – Major Accounts at Mariner Partners. He is responsible for the leadership of sales, business development and strategic partnership with carrier service providers, and creating solutions to meet customers’ specific needs. Roger works with clients to help them achieve their hybrid-IT transformational business objectives around time to market, customer experience, product differentiation and cost efficiency including such areas as agility, automation, business process management, security, unified customer experience, big data insights and cloud virtualization.

Roger is a well-known figure in the carrier service provider industry with over thirty years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, product line management, customer support, operations and R&D with Ericsson, HP and Alcatel-Lucent.

Roger is an avid sports fan and in his spare time likes to cook and spend time with family.
